Problem
Phoenix Recycling needed a multi-user solution to enable their sales, logistics, and management teams to access and interact with shipping information efficiently.
Solution
We developed a Cloud database and a Cloud-based container management system, integrating Excel sheets for various reporting formats directly connected to the database.
Outcome
This solution streamlined their logistics processes, enhancing collaboration and real-time access to critical shipping data. The solution also removed multiple data entry duplication points, which were not only consuming human resources but increasing data inaccuracies. Each department can now run its own spreadsheet-based reports from the common data source.
